Premiere and Launch Event

Well what an inspirational night. Thank you so much to all of the nearly one hundred specially invited guests, who joined us in the theatre at Haylofts, for what was a fantastic celebration at every level.

I need to thank particularly the great team that I am lucky enough to be a part of and to work with everyday. So Karis, Gary, Jon M, Care, Angus, Ryan and Jon C, you are what makes it all come together, thank you.

I also need to thank the amazing team who hosted us and who run Haylofts, Louise, Ellen and Jane. The space and your commitment to it is brilliant and appreciated, Honeypot Creative love having our home with you.

To our special guests on the night, Mark, Danielle and Shaun, the Byker Lion himself and his cubs, we couldn't be more proud to have delivered 'Home on The Range' for you. It was a great honour for Angus, our Head Animator, to physically meet Mark for the first time also. Long may our work together continue.

Last but definitely not least to our Charity Partners the incredible NSPCC. Thank you for letting Darcy (dog) and me, represent you and raise funds walking the St Cuthberts Way (plus some) over the seven days preceding the event; it did not rain once and we had a ball. Helen, your video contribution helped our audience to understand why the NSPCC is so needed, and Jon and Hayley, thank you both for joining me on stage to talk about the charity. Let's just say that given the chance Darcy would do a charity walk every day.  Our Just Giving Page is still collecting donations for another week or two.

We will share more news about the walk, Your Video Story and the Byker Lion in following News stories. In the meantime I hope you enjoy our short event film.
